The LNT 6-Week Challenge is designed to get you strong, lean, and consistent so that you see results and keep them.

How to win:
Post a photo or a short video to your story of your workouts and/or runs on either Instagram or Facebook and tag @lnt_nz.
Tag us up to 2 story posts per day. You are able to post a total of 14 stories per week, giving you a weekly maximum of 14 points. Posting more than 2 times per day will not grant you additional points.
If you part-take in any other forms of training (i.e. group training, football, netball, jiu jitsu, Pilates etc.) then you may also post a photo/video to get points. Note that the maximum posts per day will still be two. Activities such as walking and stretching cannot be used for points.
The person with the most amount of legitimate story posts at the end of the 6-week challenge will win $500.
In the event of a tie (same number of posts) at the end of the 6-week challenge. A draw will be done to decide the winner.
The winner will be announced and contacted on the first week of December to receive the prize.
