Focusing on well designed resistance training, places emphasis on building lean tissue that is required for fat burning all year round. Weight Training is more effective than cardiovascular training for building muscle, and therefore increasing the resting metabolic rate for optimal fat burning potential. We have carefully selected exercises that require coordination and movements of multiple joints ultimately maximising muscle gain and fat loss.
